Show me it working

Tell us which systems you run. We'll come back with a demo built against a real workflow from your business — not a generic walkthrough.

What happens after you send this

No sales sequence and no pitch deck. Four steps, and you can stop after any of them.

We read what you sent and reply within one business day

A person reads it, not an autoresponder. If what you describe is not something we should build, we say so in that reply rather than booking a call to tell you slowly.

A 30-minute call about the workflow, not the technology

We ask which systems hold the data, who does the task today, how long it takes and what happens when it goes wrong. No slides. If you would rather send this in writing, that works too.

We build a demo against your own workflow

Not a generic walkthrough with sample data. We take one real process you described and show it running, so you are judging something recognisable rather than a product tour.

You get a written scope, a price and a timeline

Including what we would not do, and what has to be true on your side for it to work. If the answer is that your data is not ready, that is in the document too.

Asked before people fill this in

Does the demo cost anything?

No. We build it because it is the fastest way for both of us to find out whether the work is worth doing — a demo against your real workflow settles in an hour what several meetings would not.

What do you need from us before the demo?

A description of the workflow and, usually, read access to one system or a sample export. We can work from an anonymised sample if the data is sensitive, and we will sign an NDA before you send anything.

How long does a first project take?

Where the systems are current and the process is agreed, a working first version is usually a matter of weeks rather than quarters. Where data sits across spreadsheets and separate entities, consolidation comes first and dominates the timeline — we will say which of the two you are in after the call.

What if we are not sure what to automate?

That is the normal starting position and a reasonable reason to get in touch. The useful prompt is not “what could AI do” but “which task does someone repeat every week that they resent doing last week”. Tell us that one.

Do you work outside the UAE?

Yes. We are based in Dubai and most clients are in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, but the work is remote by nature. Time zone matters more than geography.

Who will we actually be talking to?

The people who would build it. There is no separate sales team to hand you over to after the contract is signed.
